Terms & Conditions of Carriage
Standard freight carriage and customs agency terms of Greenwind Enterprises.
1. Application of Conditions
All road freight, customs clearing, warehousing, and logistics services provided by Greenwind Enterprises are subject to these Standard Trading Terms and the applicable laws of Zimbabwe and South Africa.
2. Shipper Warranties & Documentation
The customer warrants that all commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, and customs declarations supplied to Greenwind Enterprises are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with ZIMRA and SARS statutory border regulations. The customer remains liable for any penalties, delays, or demurrage resulting from incorrect documentation.
3. Customs Clearance Agency
Greenwind Enterprises acts as an authorized clearing agent at Beitbridge Border Post. We will lodge entries diligently based on client documentation. Final assessment of duties, taxes, and inspections rests with statutory revenue authorities.
4. Goods-in-Transit (GIT) & Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cargo is transported under carrier standard goods-in-transit terms. Customers are advised to maintain comprehensive marine/all-risk transit insurance for high-value or fragile commercial consignments.
